The Team

Audrey De Carufel

Kinesiologist and co-founder of the clinic

Audrey has been a kinesiologist since 2010 and is the co-founder of Clinique BECA Santé. Driven by a deep belief that movement can transform overall health, she supports her clients with gentleness, structure, and commitment.

Her dual expertise, developed both in training and in disability insurance for more than 12 years, allows her to accurately understand the many facets of recovery, both physical and psychological. She is currently pursuing a graduate diploma (DESS) in mental health to further deepen this body-mind connection at the heart of her practice.

She specializes in adapting physical activity for clients living with metabolic disorders, chronic pain, injuries, or mental health challenges.

Recognized for her attentive listening and patience, Audrey helps each person rediscover the joy of moving — not to perform, but to feel better. And it’s a principle she embodies every day.

Ginette Bui

Occupational Therapist and co-founder of the clinic

An occupational therapist for over 20 years, Ginette first worked in physical rehabilitation before turning to mental health, a field where she combines clinical expertise, humanity, and intuition.

She supports people facing complex challenges: chronic pain, affective disorders, or difficult return-to-work situations, while offering them a safe, structured, and deeply human space. She has also served as a national mentor in mental health and has extensive experience in medico-legal assessments.

As co-founder of Clinique BECA Santé, Ginette believes that rigor and compassion can be combined to create true transformations.

She is often said to have the gift of simplifying what seems unclear, and of making people feel understood from the very first meeting.

Karine Paradis

Kinesiologist

A kinesiologist graduated from the University of Montreal, Karine has worked in the health field for more than 25 years. Her diverse background combines training, physical health, and nearly 9 years of experience in pharmaceutical representation in mental health.

Known for her energy and contagious vitality, she supports her clients in adopting healthy lifestyle habits and integrating movement in a concrete, realistic, and sustainable way.

She easily adapts to a variety of clients: metabolic or chronic conditions, strengthening-phase injuries, or mental health challenges.

For Karine, each person is unique, and she firmly believes that physical activity can become a true ally in regaining balance, energy, and quality of life.

Janick Fugère

Occupational Therapist

A master’s-level occupational therapist since 2015, Janick first worked in physical health before turning to mental health, a field she is deeply passionate about.

She helps people regain balance in their lives, reestablish meaningful routines, and reconnect with what gives their daily life purpose, despite the challenges they face.

Specialized in working with clients living with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, or ADHD, Janick is recognized for her calm, her compassionate listening, and her ability to create a safe space.

Always committed to offering quality support, she continuously trains to enrich her practice and stay up to date with approaches related to mental health.
